Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) GMT may be processed the following business day.

Delivery options

*Express next business day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next available business day.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, or peak periods. Northern Algae is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Failed deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur a re-shipping fee.

Damaged or missing orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at northernalgae@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
